Maine produces a stunning array of world class gemstones.  At Mainestone we are excited to offer you the largest selection of fine Maine Tourmaline in Franklin County!  Our collection includes the vibrant and multi-colored Tourmaline, lilac to royal purple Amethyst, ruby red Garnet, and the more subtle colors of Aquamarine, Topaz, and Morganite, to name a few.  We offer the finest quality loose stones in all sizes and price ranges which can be set in any design, both custom and traditional.  The location of the mines where each stone was found is included with the description of every piece of Maine jewelry purchased.

With the abundance of Maine Tourmaline and other gemstones to choose from, we have a policy of excluding synthetic or commercial grade stones from our jewelry designs - All of our stones are natural.

Our new LaserStar laser welder “Zelda” offers the latest in jewelry repair technology.  We are now able to repair jewelry that was previously impossible to fix with a regular torch method.  No repair is too small for the precision the laser offers.  In addition to stronger better quality repairs, the laser welder also works on titanium eyeglass frames, estate and costume jewelry, and much more.
